Almonds, Cherries & Chocolate

Single Serving

This is hands down my favorite snack and stands in for breakfast when I’m in a hurry. I keep a jar of the nuts, seeds and fruit in an airtight container and just add chocolate. Bursting with protein, monounsaturated fats, fiber and phytonutrients—this combo will keep you going. Not to mention improve your mood and make your mouth happy!

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons raw almonds
1 tablespoon raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1 tablespoon dried tart cherries
1 ounce dark chocolate (73% or higher)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix together, eat & enjoy!
